Our socks are made in our factory located in Nara, which is a special prefecture in Japan with a long tradition of sock-making! In fact, Nara Prefecture is the largest producer of socks in all of Japan. In addition to sock factories like ours, there are many other factories that print and steam finish socks. We are not an integrated factory that performs every stop of the process, however we outsource to professionals in each field, which enables us to produce socks of the highest quality.
Our factory in Nara is equipped with the world’s most technologically advanced and Japanese-made Whole Garment flat knitting machines as well as Italian-made Lonati circular knitting machines. Skilled technicians carefully knit and inspect each pair of socks, paying particular attention to the manufacturing process. Since demand for 5-toe socks is very high in Japan, our factory also has a special SPF-W machine for producing this type of product. And of course, our socks are made of carefully selected materials of the highest quality.
Our socks are comfortable to wear and resistant to fading. We are committed to making reasonably priced socks of the highest quality so our many customers will be able to enjoy each pair as long as possible.
